The application process to Solid Rock is simple and we will walk you through each step of the process!
First, contact us through our Enroll Now button on our Application page, DM us on Instagram, or message us on Facebook. At this point we will contact you asking if you want more information and would like to start the application process. We will send you an official application, our handbook, and our tuition prices. Our tuition prices are based on family involvement, we want to keep our cost affordable for all families to be able to give their children a Christian education. One way we do this is we have family involvement requirements (teachers aide, lunch monitor, after-school cleaner…etc).
After you complete the application and submit it, we will send you a registration fee via QuickBooks. The non-refundable registration fee is $150 for new families and $50 for returning families. Please keep in mind when you are filling out the online application you cannot save it and come back. It might be easier to save your answers on another document so you don’t lose your work!
In April or May we will have family interviews. The Director and the Kindergarten teacher (or whatever grade your child is in) will meet with your family. The director will talk to the parents while the teacher will talk to the student.
After the interview is complete and references are called, you will be accepted into the Solid Rock family! If there is any reason your family is not accepted, you will receive your registration fee back.
